This is the Air Jordan IV (4) "White Cement" 89' Retro which features a white, black, and cement grey color way. Back in 1989 when MJ was chasing his first championship Air Jordan shoes were a part of a Nike signature line not their own brand. So popular models like this OG color way of the AJ4 featured Nike Air on the heel, insoles, and outsoles. In 1998 when Jordan Brand was established Nike began slowly replacing any Nike branding on Air Jordan models with Jumpman logos. We have not seen Nike Air logos on the Air Jordan IV since 1999 and those pairs have been deteriorating for years to near extinction. These are a must have for any Air Jordan collector PERIOD, so be sure to acquire them now.
